How do I know if my order is confirmed and shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation email that will state the items that you have purchased. Our team will be preparing your order for dispatch within 3 working days. When it is shipped, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.How do I amend my order?
You can change the size or edit your shipping details before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch. Please email us at hello@kinquo.com to request for amendments. All orders that have been prepared for dispatch cannot be amended.What payment modes are accepted?
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. Customers in Singapore can also pay via PayNow.Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping - Singapore
All paid orders will be dispatched for shipping within 3 working days through a local courier. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.3-4 working days delivery – SGD 5.00
Next working day delivery – SGD 10.00
Domestic Shipping is free for orders above SGD 300.00.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! You will receive a tracking number when an order is shipped. Rates will be calculated upon checkout. International Shipping is free for orders above SGD500.00Please note that delivery charges above do not include prevailing custom charges and/or additional local delivery charges if required. These charges must be paid by the recipient, you can contact your local customs office for current charges.
What if I need my items immediately?

Exchange Policy
Size exchanges will be attended to on a case-by-case basis, we generally accept a one-time size change. This is subjected to available stock. Item must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and all labels and tags must still be attached.Please reach out to us at hello@kinquo.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Once we receive your original purchase, we will then ship out the new size(s). All additional courier changes, customs duties, and taxes will be borne by the customer. We recommend that items are returned via registered mail to ensure that they are trackable, your exchange may not be accepted if it is lost in transit.
We will not be able to accept exchanges for items purchased on sale.
Return Policy
As we produce in very small quantities, returns are only accepted if an item is deemed defective. Returns will only be in the form of store credits, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of your purchase. We are also unable to cover the shipping cost for your returns. To process your returns, please email us at hello@kinquo.com. We recommend that items are returned via registered mail to ensure that they are trackable, your exchange may not be accepted if it is lost in transit.We will not be able to accept returns for items purchased on sale.
Please note that Kinquo reserves the right to accept/deny any exchange or return request. Store credit can only be used once and we are unable to refund the difference in value if a product of lesser value than the value of store credit is purchased using store credit. There will also be no exchanges or refunds for items purchased using store credits.
